A typical treatment takes about 10–20 minutes from arrival to departure. Larger properties may take a little longer. Each treatment lasts approximately 7–14 days, after which our team will schedule your next visit to keep protection continuous.

Our standard treatment primarily targets mosquitoes, but it also affects fleas, ticks, and flies in the yard. Crawling insects are impacted as well, though the residual effect of the product is not designed for long-term suppression of those insects.

We use water-based synthetic pyrethroids (derived from the natural Chrysanthemum flower) as our main barrier spray. Our all-natural option uses compressed essential oils mixed with water. Both formulas are safe for plants, ponds, pets, and children once dry — typically within 30 minutes of application.

As long as the treatment has had 30–45 minutes to dry after application, rain will not affect its effectiveness. If you feel the treatment was impacted by rain and are not fully satisfied, we will reassess your property and provide a booster application at no additional cost.

For mosquito-only treatments, we generally do not treat the grass — mosquitoes don't shelter there. We focus on "hot spots" like the underside of dense shrub leaves, under decks, and damp shady areas. We do recommend keeping your grass short during mosquito season for best results.
